Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, then dredge in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently.
Arrange the coated tenders on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and crispy.
Let the tenders cool slightly before serving.
