Garlic Butter Ribeye Delight

 

Ingredients:

1 ribeye steak (16 oz) 

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp black pepper 

1 tsp garlic powder 

3 tbsp butter 

4 garlic cloves, smashed 

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Season the Steak: Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 

Sear the Steak: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. 

Add Garlic Butter: Reduce heat, add butter and smashed garlic. Spoon melted butter over steak for 1-2 minutes. 

Rest & Slice: Remove steak, rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Garnish with parsley. 

Serve: Enjoy this rich, flavorful steak hot with pan juices!
