Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss the chicken cubes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Grill the chicken cubes for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.
While the chicken cooks, make the creamy garlic sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Once the chicken is cooked, serve with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
