Egg Salad Sandwich

🥘 Recipe 1: Creamy Garlic Chicken (One Pan)

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook until golden and fully done.
  4. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in cream and simmer 5 minutes until thick.
  6. Serve with rice, pasta, or bread.

🥪 Recipe 2: Classic Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  • Bread slices

Instructions

  1. Chop boiled eggs.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on bread.
  4. Serve cold or toasted.
